While LPK's are not available if you sit down with a schematic and take your time you can cobble a LPK together from several different sources. It took me a little over an hour of searching yesterday and I had to doublecheck availability, but I was able to get enough parts from three different sources to assemble one lower.

Ran me about 95 bucks including postage. PITA but I got what I needed.
