probably cheaper to buy a complete rifle and it would more than likely come with a warranty. Maybe a used upper assembly could be bought from one of the for sale areas on a firearms forum at a good price. Their are plenty of supply houses that sell complete kits minus the lower that have the upper assembled already. Complete lower halfs can be bought for around $250.00 or so. I,ve seen a few used uppers complete go for around $300.00-$325.00 from time to time on the boards

I just purchased the items listed below. Cost was $712 new. It is a shooter. I probably group mine a little different because of what the weapon is used for. But, at 100 yards-in two shot rapid fire-1 1/2" with 20 rounds. At 200 yards-two shot rapid fire the groupsing was about 3" for 20 rounds. I thought that was great. If I single fired it and did it slow, I think the groups could be a lot better. But for all the crap I got over at AR15.com, I would put this up against any of the DPM or Bushmaster.
