This is a link to a picture of the .378 Wby Mag cartridge next to a 6x45mm. These are dummy rounds which I use to set my dies. This explains why the brass is dull. The .378 can easily generate over 5700 foot pounds at the muzzle, which underscores my point in my previous post about the Burris Signature Rings reliability, since I use them on my .378 Wby.
