many years ago (early 80's) someone used to market a new rear sight with a stripper clip guide built into it. It was'nt Federal Ordnance though and it was'nt cheap either. It had an adjustable peep and was machined from steel. I have only seen one on a Mini at a gun show back then, and they used to be advertised in Shotgun News also.
Installing a stripper clip guide on the Mini-14?
Would it be possible to install a stripper clip guide on the Mini-14, sort of like what is on the M1A/M14? I think it would be cool to use 10 rd. AR-15 strippers as an alternitive to having a bunch of expensive magazines.

A person might find a used one on E-Bay or one of the firearms auction boards. Like I said the one I remember was quite exspensive, or I probably would have bought one. To be honest I doubt they sold many back then because they were exspensive and P.M.I mags were about $8.00 ea. then.
