;)There used to be a military survival weapon for downed jet pilots made that was very silmilar to that.I remember from back in the late 60's/early 70s.It was called the "Imp",and it was chambered in 221 fireball.forward pistol grip/trigger assy was closer to the muzzle-but basically very similar!;)

IMP arm pistol was made by the original Bushmaster.

Dug up a pic at Gwinn Firearms - Bushmaser Arm Pistol

SOF had some articles on it back in the '70's IIRC.
