There used to be a military survival weapon for downed jet pilots made that was very silmilar to that.I remember from back in the late 60's/early 70s.It was called the "Imp",and it was chambered in 221 fireball.forward pistol grip/trigger assy was closer to the muzzle-but basically very similar!

IMP arm pistol was made by the original Bushmaster.

If Keltec ever did make a 5.56 RFB you would be lucky to see one.

It seems to me that with such a short sight radius it would be wasted on a .223. Looks like a perfect platform for a 9mm or 40 S&W to me.
