You're dealing with the government. They can take as long as they want. I figure with what's been happening lately they're taking longer to process things and looking harder to cover their butt.

took 20 days for me from the time I mailed out the application to the day I received the license.

call 404-417-2750 and ask what the status is on the license. I called them while I was waiting for mine and they were very pleasant and answered my query right away.

i'm not sure if that is the correct number...I got it from the ATF website...but if not I am sure they can direct you to the right place. I'll keep looking for the email address I had as well.

found it...check out:

http://www.atf.gov/firearms/nlc/about.htm

thats the National Licensing Center. Call them up and they will fill you in on the status of your license.

That's to give you time to look up all the addresses (SOG, Century, Brownell's) where to mail it to. Once you mail out a copy all you have to do is call and it's at your door step in no time. Brownell's will send you a catalog with discount prices if you send them a copy.
