Is it possible to install a bottom rail for a forward grip on my Mini 14 Hogue stock? Does anyone have a aftermarket kit for this?

Not sure if there is a hogue specific kit, but you can do several things:

Buy a length of rail with a flat base and mount it directly to the stock or you can buy a rail with a canted base and shim one end to level it.

I put the AFG2 grip on my hogue using this:

You'll need to measure and drill the holes. Also, the hogue is pretty thick, especially at the receiver end. I had to dremel and thin out a lot of the inner part of the stock to allow the rail screws and nuts to meet. Took me about an hour or so.
