Nice forum going on here ! Anyways I am a new mini 14 owner again and very happy. I had one about 20 years ago, but sold it. Long story short I always wanted to replace it.and a couple of weeks ago there was one sitting in big 5 with my name all over it. Just a plain 582 series. I took it to the range today to get it sighted in and it shoots great. I even put an old yugoslavian ak sling it,
