SOLD PENDING FUNDS

Hi, I have a Mini-14 195 series stainless steel ranch rifle with factory 5 round and 20 round mags. I also have a 1 x 20, 2 x 30 and 1 x 40 aftermarket mags. Currently I have a Butler Creek folding stock on the gun, which I will sell as an option (+$75) otherwise it will come with the factory Ruger wood stock. It has been completely gone over by Gun Doc, including: cutting the barrel, threading it and installing a compensator. Upgrading the sights with an XS tritium front sight and a Ghost ring rear. Bedding of the Butler Creek folding stock. Polishing and lightening the trigger. Adding an extended mag release. Adding a reduced pressure gas bushing. Installing front and rear sling swivels to the folding stock which can also be used for bipod mounting. I am the original owner. The gun has less than 200 rounds thru it. The original owner's manual is also included.

The gun is in excellent condition, but I don't shoot it, as I have been training on AR and Sig platforms. I'm selling it to purchase a Dillon 550B reloader. If you have a Dillon 550B and/or bullets, primers, tumbler, etc I will take that as partial trade. I will ship to an FFL you choose on your dime. Mini 14's are going for $1,200 - $1,500 now, without the professional upgrades and six mags. I am offering this for $1,200 + shipping. I live in Southern UT if you want to do face-to-face. I may be convinced to meet you in Las Vegas which is two hours away, if you live there.

I also have a Leupold 2-7x scope available that is pictured in the pre Gun Doc setup (that particular stock isn't available).

I'm not positive on the magazine capacities, but due to recent shoulder surgery I am limited to one arm and can't load them to confirm the capacities. I should be able to do this in a few days.

minis are going for 1500 ??? here they are NIB for 670-750 and retail on ruger site is 909 to 1039 depending on you options/model. Anyone charging more than retail for a nib unmodified rifle should contact ruger and they will correct the issue. In fact in some states it is illegal to sell for more than manufactures recommended retail. Recommended retail is the recommended cost that is maximum. it was created to keep prizes competitive everywhere and to cut down on price gouging.

The problem with trying to get one for the price quoted on Ruger's site, is they don't have any to sell you at those prices. They are all listed as "unavailable"

I could post the Wikipedia link to "supply and demand" but I think you get the idea :)

Regardless, the gun sold already. The value of something is determined by the buyer. I sold the gun on another forum with two stocks, the mags and 250 rounds of ammo for over $1,600 and the buyer was VERY happy with the deal.

Can you provide a name or a link to the gun stores in your area that have them in stock and for sale for $670? I'd like to call them, maybe I'll get another one!

Thanks,
Trvlngnrs

i would like too, trust me, but to many people are out to get me on here and I have been threatened, so i will not disclose my where about, not even the state. but I swear today I went and got a quote of $850 on a tactical m30. Its weird though because when I look online at gun stores there cheaper out of state and I tell the locals dealers and they get pissy. I thought stuff was high here, u must live in one of the commie states.

+1 for supply and demand. Amazed how all these so called liberty minded gun owners are socialists when it comes to price controls.
