nephew shot feral goat of a small herd (?) that got onto nature conservancy land, they wanted 'em removed.
nice fat yearling billy. around 60lbs ready to go onto split oil drum with hardwood fire on one end. we'll baste with good greasy sauce after 3-4hrs roasting.
