GB/AC556 model site block/lug

Anyone know where I could find this part? I'd like to chop my bbl and replace the front site with this type block.

THE PARTS WILL RUN YOU 225.00 FOR THE GAS BLOCK AND FRONT SITE I BOUGHT ALL THEM FROM JACKS:2guns:

they are on subguns web board all the time but he has not had any ruger parts in a year Jack from Public Safety
