EdinKali, Very Cool!

You're right about the lens covers. Not trying to be critical or anything but when you take more pix with the versa-pod, could you bring'er outside in that Kalifornia sunshine to show off some more detail.

Thanks,

The stock is a Ramline "realtree" camo stock. Got it on sale at Cabela's for $57 or $58 if I remember right.

That's actually a muzzle brake not a flash hider. It has holes on top and no holes on the bottom and does an excellent job of keeping the muzzle down.

as a fellow CA'er I'm glad to see you have pretty much the same "muzzle break" that I do. I've never been able to nail down a real definitive answer on that one, but I slapped one on anyway - just the same I'm not going to any firing ranges with mine. Nice stick dude.

Ivanimal: Somehow I missed your 2nd question about location the first time I replied. I live in Northern CA in the Sacramento area. We have an awesome shooting range up here. Check it out at www.sacvalley.org

special poop: I wouldn't worry about going to the range. I take mine out and no one ever gives me any crap. Anyone with a brain can tell it isn't a flash hider as all the holes are on the top and sides and wouldn't be hiding any flash from the shooter's eyes.

Can you tell me more about the bi-pod and what kind of attachment is that. Does it come on and off easily. Looks real sweet.

thanks,

glad to see we both have the same flash hider....er a I mean muzzle break. I live in the bass ackwards kingdom of Fienstein (for those who don't know this is california) as well and wonder if you ever take that to the public range. does anyone give you a sideways look or worse? My fear is that one our finest will be in the booth next to me and haul me off to the hokey citing some kooky assault gun statuate.

It would cut down on the 1.5 hour drive out to the desert......thanks E.

Just in case, do you carry your muzzlebrake receipt with you when you go to the range? Before I read this thread I started a new thread with same topic. It's good to know fellow citizens of Kalifornia are using the same muzzlebrake, B.W., that I am. Guess I better use the search button.
