Saw this stock on Ebay,thought it looked cool! Figured some of you M1A guys might want somthing like this.I've never seen one like it.

Interesting, to say the least. Though I can't say it would seem to be the most practical thing for an M14/M1A.

Interesting. I saw exactly the same item come up for bid several months ago, and it sold for quite a bit less. Either he has several, or the deal fell through ...

Too Bad there isn't a better shot of the hinge and latch mechanisms. I think it would be easy to build, but I would have had a dowel segment to lock the two halves together once open .....
