Wow... that is different. Where would that be legal to hunt with? Would it be for rifle season or bow season?

It is concidered a firearm. Like a crossbow you can't use it during archery season, only gun season. You use 16" fletched arrows, with pop out blades. You can also use it as a tranqualizer gun. fires std. game tranqualizer darts. The arrows are powered by regular 22 LR Blanks. 22 LR ammo cannot be fired in this barrel! Only blanks. Ya just swap out the barrel, and its converted back. The barrel is .920" same as my bull barrel.

Its a little pricy for me, but if Green Mountain made em, they would cost a lot less. I make my own arrows for less than half the cost.

I can see a good use here for that. Our animal control office shoots a 10/22 that I build for the department. In some cases the dart gun would come in really handy. Otherwise, to me, at least, its just a toy. Although it is really neat looking..........
