This might be one for the mag forum. I just got a new Choate fiber stock and it looks and feels awesome. Haven't tried it out yet but one thing I can tell off the bat is that getting the clip in and out is a real pain in the rear. It's a real tight fit and seems to be rubbing up on the fiber, not the Ruger hardware. When the clip release is pressed I still have to yank the sucker out With my original issue wood and a Ram-Line handgrip stocks, this was never a problem, the clips alomst fell out on their own. Did anybody here have that problem? How'd you fix it. Does it wear down over time and loosen up a little?

I had the same problem with my B&C synth stock. The ruger 5 rounders dropped right out, but my 20 rouder were snug.
My solution was to use some sand paper to widen out the mag well. Took some time but it worked OK in the end.
