[Holiday]

I'm looking to get a FAL type rifle and my dealer has a L1A1 type FAL. It is a Century Arms R1A1 built on a Century reciever. It is in great shape with new furniture and a great bore. He wants $425 for it. Are these any good, and is this a decent price:2guns:

It has been my experience that any Century gun is a crap shoot. They are a firm believer in WECSOG but I have had mostly good luck. Century WILL eventually make a bad gun decent but they are not to fast about it.

Punchie, thanks! I've had a couple of Century's products, some good, some not. I was just curios about this one, but from what I have been hearing, I may have to let this one pass. Apparantly the price is good, but the reliability is questionable.
