I think you'd be better off buying a takedown for ~$300, rather than searching out a (takedown) receiver, and barrel (both need to be compatible I believe). Unless you have a source for cheap parts, I'd say it'd be a waste of cash, if possible.

It could be done, assuming you can find a TD receiver and barrel. All other parts are standard 10/22, AFAIK. Given that this is such a new rifle, I doubt there are that many receivers and barrels floating around.

The stock will be a PITA to re-create, but it could be done.

IMHO, you're better off buying a "pre-built" TD and doing whatever you'd like with it.
