Obviously its a rediculous law suit. If I'm a drink driver, no one would consider suing Dodge or the car lot I bought the truck from.
Their strategy is obvious, they don't care if they win or lose, they just want to make the pro-gun companies spend money on legal action. If they win, super for them, if they lose, at least they made their opposition spend money. Since the Brady foundation can count on the misguided to contribute and lawyers to donate time, they figure they'll come out ahead.
I wonder if the local gun shop can afford it, and if there will be a collection for them.
