Yeah, it appear they got him. Now if they can prosecute him without beeding heart laws coming into effect.

I am really surprised they didnt kill him, usually with the cop killers and in this case bomber/cop killer they usually shoot them dead and then say "he pointed his gun at us " whether he really did or not. I guess too many people want answers from him at the moment, so he lives.
