Looking at bipods and cant decide what to get. I want to mount to the bottom rail on the ATI stock. Looking on the harris site they have a swivel for it. I see alot like the harris stuff also, and alot like the leapers. So whats your opinion. I dont need it extremely tall but would like atleast 6" minimum.

Hey regency. I have the Harris bipod but it's not a rail mount. Mine is the 9 to 13" swivel type and IMO I think that is the best overall size for the Mini. I thought it was going to be too tall at 9" but its not; it's just right for me. Plus if your going to use 30rd mags or on uneven ground its nice to have that option of height plus the swivel type. I have the factory syn stock so keep that in mind. I also put a pod-lock on it but don't use it that much even though it's nice to have. Harris is expensive but built solid. There are lighter and cheaper ones out there but I have had no experience them. Hope this helps a little.

Thank you whillman.
Im going to have to setup different ways to see what heights work for me before i buy one. The more opinions about different brands, the easier it will be to decide on what fits my needs.
Heck im not even 100% what my needs are right now, but i want to start considering.

Good point. I laid on the floor and put some books under the forearm to try to get an idea of the height and I figured the 9 to 13 would be best for me. Not sure how much difference there would be between our stocks.....I'm gonna guess not much. If you were going to use it just for bench shooting 6" would be fine IMO. Once you get on uneven or steep ground in tall grass 13" is not a lot. But yeah, take your time and keep researching. Hopefully others will chime in that have different brands. See ya.

+1 to the Harris

Very sturdy and more light weight vs. the knock offs

There is a reason mfg's knock off Harris...
