Got this separate from the stock. Not had much use. Not too familiar with the 180 series.....Thoughts?

No idea. As I understand things, the 180 stock doesn't work with 181+ receivers, and your 180 is definitely a 180 based on the pics
The form of the folder sure seems to be close to the 181 Choate folder I have, so perhaps it is an early Choate folder made for the 180... But my 181 Choate folder had a walnut pistol grip...
