Seems that I can only manage to download and attach pictures less than 10% of the time. This morning I've tried "Post Reply" and I've tried "New Thread" and under either circumstance, when I click on "Manage Attachments," absolutely nothing happens. The page for download and manage will not come up, even without popup blocker. I had the same problem a couple of days ago, and that day after 10-15 tries, it did finally come up. Once the page is up, all is well, but I just cannot get it to open.

Well, could be a "never mind" in order here. I actually turned off "popup blocker" rather than just overriding it as I usually do. With it actually turned off, the attachment page came right up. I tried to delete the original post, but I guess there's no way to do that.
