I had trouble locating a low set of quick release rings for a 30mm UltraDot.

I met these boys at the Safari Club Convention last week, and was sold on their product. Little pricey, but having handled them, top-notch quality is evident.

Give them a try if you need a little something different that is not offered by Warne (also a fabulous product). They make all sizes that Ruger makes, except in quick release format.

Practical Shooter,
Thank you for the link. I watched the videos and I was sold. I have never been overly impressed with my Warne QD rings that I currently have on my MINI 14. I just got off the phone with Morris at alaskaarmsllc.com. I ordered a set of 1" rings. I had a great conversation with him. What a down to earth guy. I'm looking forward to receiving these scope rings. Again, thanks for the link.

Update on Alaska Arms QR Mini 14 scope rings.
I received the scope rings today and I am impressed. Well designed and I was amazed with the ease of installation. The weather is **** hear in the Mojave Desert and I have some freeze damage repair issues with the pool heater to deal with. Not sure when I can get out to re-sight and see how well the scope re-aligns after removal and re-installation.
Thanks again for the link Practical Shooter.:)

Looks like a very nice product. In the install video, it says you need to torque down the QD screws on each ring to a certain inch-pound setting. Where does one find the type of inch-pound torque screw driver shown in the video, and how much do they cost?
