after stock bedding, reciever is unremovable

natedog---If done correctly using release agent on the parts you don't want glued to the stock the end result will be a tight fit that can be removed from the stock. Mike Knifong sells a VHS tape that shows exactly how to bed your Mini. Do a search & contact him.
