I had a bipod that clamps on to the barrel. I just installed an Accu-strut and the bipod will still fit, either clamped to the barrel or to the Accu-strut itself. However, will having a bipod attached to either the barrel or to the Accu-strut have a negative affect on accuracy, or keep the Accu-strut from working properly? Will I need to switch to a bipod that attaches to the stock, like a Harris?

Great question. The only way to answer it, I'm afraid, is to try. In general, those barrel-mounted bipods do affect accuracy significantly. As I think back to early research, I think it's usually an adverse affect, but it may vary from rifle to rifle. As far as mounting the bipod to the Accu-strut, I've never tried it, sorry!
