LVE ("Low Voltage Electric") in Novosibirsk is where 7N1 was produced during the same period. LVE produces among the best if not the best 7.62x54r and 9x18.

'70s mfr corrosive-primer ammo in those spam cans should keep a long time, and when it's no longer available online, will rise markedly in value, just like every other surplus such as .303 Enfield, 8mm Mauser and 7.62x25 before it. Even at higher prices, surplus may not be readily available later, and see prices for new production .303, 8mm and 7.62x25 today.

It's not an entirely valid comparison because 7.62x54r is still in wide military use, but as long as the trouble continues in Ukraine, the importation of surplus will become increasingly infrequent.
