The load appears to be a little bit above the maximum that I could find in my manuals. Can't really say if it's too safe or not. I did see other postings with people using loads with a higher charge. But that doesn't make it safe. My manuals say 2.76 COL so your pretty close there.
Your reloading bench looks pretty nice. I am sure that others will add a little more information that I have left you with. I load a lot, but don't use much 4350.
