Hey everyone, first time poster.... Are the tapco genI mags any good? I have read that they are not desirable but want to know the general consenses...I ask because factory ruger 20/30 round mags up here in canada cost minimun $70, and are scarce, i have an opertunity to buy 4 or 5 or the tapco...

Tapco now has a section for its mini 14 generation 2 magazines on its website. They added a metal insert in the front to help reduce wear, and a stronger spring. Check them out!
