I have a 14" SSK bull barrel in 6x45 or 6mm/223 and it shoots great with lower weight bullets. I am looking for some loads shooting the 100 gr bullet. Anybody out there have any they would like to share?

Oh, yes, don't use MGM barrels, they are not top quality and come up short.

Do not have the 6/223 but shot a lot of 7-223 at metalic sillohette. From my experience it is best to use the quick burning powders whatever your brand choice is. start at minimum load and work up watching the primers for signs of pressure.

What is your barrels twist rate that will help you decide what bullet weight is best for your barrel?
