I bought a new Icon .243 several days ago to replace an identically chambered Remington 700 and after shooting it today, I am so glad I did.

The Icon is scoped with Weaver's Super Slam 2-10X50 and today I used Remington Core Lokt 100 grain ammo, nothing special at all.

After boresighting the rifle and getting it where I though it should be with regard to the scope, I fired 24 cartridges at a target 100 yards away. With the exception of one rogue round, all the shots were within 3/4 of an inch from one another. I've never seen such accuracy out of the box from a non-custom rifle. Needless to say, I am very happy with my new TC Icon. What a rifle!
