Tech sights rear with a thin front post will be accurate enough for most people.
Otherwise, there are a few dust cover mounts available that get mixed results (probably good enough for 0-150 yard hunting accuracy), but a drill/tap mount is generally considered the best. Then there is also a couple scout mounts that replace the front sight, which work pretty well with pistol/IER scopes... Of course, then you say goodbye to irons.
Brass stacker is supposed to be coming out with a SKS mount soon... and if it is anything like their Mosin scout scope, we can expect (or at least hope) for a see through scout mount (fingers crossed!).
