This is an excellent board to express your views, or vent, or discuss issues. We moderators work very hard to keep these forums open, and running smoothly. We don't get paid; we don't have a fancy office or secretary. We didn't even get a Perfect Uion T-Shirt or Coffee mug. We are volunteers and we are doing this for you guys and gals.
All we are asking is please keep it clean. There is no reason to use foul language, or be disrespectful to anyone here. Dealing with foul language or a topic gone bad makes our job more difficult, causes bad feelings and loss of membership.
Since we don't have a moderator for this section, Bill Plein our Administrator has given all Perfect Union moderators a set of moderator buttons for this Board.
If we moderators find an offensive post it will be severed from the main topic, and that post will be sent to an "Offensive Posts" board for the administrator to view. Repeat offensive posts can result in being banned from Perfect Union or even permanent shutdown of this board.
This isn't "censorship", and this isn't being "politically correct". This is being respectful to your fellow members and very helpful to your hard working Moderators. This board was shut down before, and we moderators want to keep it open for you. So again please be thoughtful of how you post. Please help us and report any offensive post. Your ID will remain protected.
We are open if someone wants to volunteer to be a moderator for this board. If interested you can PM me or any Perfect Union Moderator. We will help you.

I'd like to add, if I may, since the "edit" has been disabled you can get in touch with a Moderator to change something if it's necessary. The Grand PooBah has his reasons for this function being disabled so this is a way to get things changed without having someone change their opinion halfway through a discussion.

I do agree, however that the disabling of the edit button can be a pain in some instances. I understand that you don't want someone saying something and then later thinking "man that was stupid" and changing their opinion to keep from looking foolish. But, in the gallery is where it kind of bugs me. For example, the first pic in my gallery is so outdated, its ridiculous. My Mini hasn't looked like that in a loooonnng time. Just a thought.

Never been here before, but I did find some good information on 10/22's and would like to thank those who participated in that particular thread. I can't find it again but it served me well.
Cajun, your opening statement caused me to do some honest soul searching and I have to admit that in the past I have been at times one of those people you described. Unnesisary foul language and fighting with other members had become a way of life for me. Most of it picked up from a particular archery sight I visit. I'm a really new member on this site and I promise that I will really be watching myself from now on. This is a class site and our jobs as members is to help,discuss, and learn from each other. I intend to practice what I preach and if someone catches me getting out of line please feel free to jump on me with both feet. Frank

I just recently found this site. I registered hoping to converse, share ideas and such with other folks with mutual interest. I DON'T BELIEVE THERE'S ANYBODY BACK THERE!! I am an amature (very amature) musician and enjoy some of the sites with music and musicians. Posts on these sites are lively and interesting. Where are all the shooters? This is the slowest I've ever seen. Even the moderators seem to be sleeping. What can we do, if anything, to liven things up?
I guess I have been taken off and can not post,who do I ask about that?.
If you find the time I need to how full to load ruger and promag magazines?
I currently have 50% loaded mags. Please respond if you can
