Thoughts on Rossi 12g SxS Coachguns?

Hey shotgunners I just stumbled across a Rossi 12ga Double Barreled Coachgun with 20" barrels for $275. Is this a good starting price?

I've read that these come with fixed improved cylinder and modified chokes. Is this true with all of the 12 gauges? I still want to be able to hunt quail and dove with it, so this matters a lot to me.

Also, what are your opinions on overall fit and durability? Thanks for any help in advance.

I think improved cylinder and modified chokes are standard for Side by side shotguns.
I had a Rossi Coach gun the only problem I had with my coach gun was cocking the hammers before each be shot.
I thought my Rossi was a good gun and worth the money.

Had one for a very short time. I'd call it crude but functional and if I could afford to be a shotgun snob I'd sneer at it.
But it went out of production over 20 years ago and were so sought after for Cowboy Action Shooting that they were going for $450 plus.
Supposedly the chokes are Full and Modified, OK for most upland game.
Buy it if it locks up tight, lever to the right of center, and shoots OK.

I love coachguns.
They make you want to carry them around like you're about to tell some young man he better do right by your daughter.
Just don't put 2 3"Magnum loads in it and give it to the girl for laughs unless you're itching to replace the stock & refinish some scratches.
