I was wondering if anyone has experience with a Bushnell Legend. It seems like a really nice scope but not many stores like Cabelas's, MidwayUSA, ImpactGuns, etc..carry the scope. I ordered the scope in a 4-12x40 from OpticsPlanet for 130. If anyone has any experience please let me know how the scope performs.
Can't help with the Legend, but the Trophy is working really well for me. Hope your luck is the same. I would stay away from the very bottom of the Bushnell line tho.
yea, the Legend is a just a hair pricier then the Trophy. I have used it for a couple shooting sessions now and I love it. So much I'm thinking about buying a 3x9 for my deer hunting rifle. the 4x12 just has too much weight to lug around in the hills of WV
I had several good Banners and the two Trophies I have are fine after installing a homemade spring to hold the batteries in for the lit reticles, but just about everything we have seen that is lower than that doesn't work well. Their lines that start with Sport just aren't too sporty The Burris scopes that do the same job as my 1x4 and 1.5x6 were up in the six hundred range and that isn't happening right now.
