I wanted to wait till I had ample range time before I gave a review on the scope I chose for my Mini 14. I bought the Konus Pro 3-9 x 32 after a lot of research. Some folks said "they're junk" but I decided to see for myself what the scope would do on a Mini 14 which I thought would be a good testing platform. After 7 months of use, I am proud to say it is one of the best I've seen in it's price range. The optics are nice and clear with no edge distortion and POI don't change in the power settings. It has a 30/30 engraved/Illuminated reticle and green coated glass. With a .420" high rings, it mounts just off the forearm which for me makes sight alignment natural. The Objective lense measures 1.535" and the Ocular measures 1.810" with an AOL of 11.935", 1/4" MOA adjustments. As for the illuminated reticle, it works nice up to about the 4th setting. After that, you have quite a bit of red "flare" which is the only downside I had with the scope.
