I have sold my AC556, and consequently I have one SCAR stock for sale!
One is a standard SCAR stock which somehow ended up with a Sig Sauer M4 buttstock, shown on the top in the photos below. Sage handguard rail included. $350 shipped. (Still available)
SOLD!!! The other was a SCAR stock that I customized by combining it with a Sage collapsible buttstock. (Please note the Ergo grip in the photo will be swapped out for an original Sage plastic grip.) My milling job under the covers isn't very pretty, but the stock is rock solid and, clearly, awesome-looking. Shown on the bottom in the photos below. $400 shipped.
Both stocks have some dings and scratches, visible in the hi-res photos. (Click on the photos for super-sized versions.)
I'm not in need of a reflex sight at the moment, but I'd be happy to trade for something like a pistol or a bunch of ammunition. I don't have a photo of my millwork, as I'd have to disassemble the stock. Basically I had to mill a slot between the existing screw-holes to align the two pieces correctly. I figured on filling it in with epoxy, but never got around to it and it hasn't been necessary.

I was wondering if you ever recieved the funds from Nick? I'm sure you did, but i'm in the market for a SCAR stock and figured i'd at least check before squeezing the trigger on a 600 purchase.
The mod required a slot to be milled at the back end of the chassis (where the buttstock/pistol grip portion attaches). The normal screws did not align with the collapsible buttstock I had.

thanks. this does help. so a gunsmith is recommended? not a dremel home job?

I did it with a Dremel. But it didn't turn out very pretty (even though it was functional). Fortunately when it was all put together the ugly part was completely hidden.
