Doing Business with Members from Other Countries

Please be aware that it is often illegal to ship gun parts to people overseas or to other countries. When you are buying or selling something to another member, make sure that they are here in the U.S., that you are following all applicable laws concerning the product i.e not sending high cap mags to cities or states that have banned them, and that you try to know who the buyer is. Buyers/Sellers beware!

Yeah, violating the International Trafficking and Arms Reduction Act (ITAR) can certainly go a long way to making you very sad for a very long time.
