Hello everyone!

Recently purchased a set of Leupold high scope rings for my Mini ranch rifle. Had it boresighted and the rings placed the scope at a right angle, and as I am sure you can immagine killing the accuracy of my scope. I send the rings back to Leupold and got a new set of rings - but the same thing happend again. I even switched the rings and the same thing occurred. Has this happened to anyone before? Any suggestions?

My ranch rifle works fine with the factory medium scope rings and other scopes. It just seems to have issues with Leupold scope mounts. I am about to say the heck with the rings and get Ruger factory high scope rings.

If anyone has any ideas they would be much appreciated.

Danke!

Do they Leupold rings fit on the Ruger bases?

It's hard to imagine them screwing up something this basic.

I've got some Ruger high rings and the hole for the scope is not perfectly round. I should have sent them back too.<G>

I've not used Leupold rings. I do use and really like the Millett Angle-Loc high rings
due to the fact windage can be adjusted spot on even if the receiver cuts for the
rings are a tiny bit off. Ck em out..

I sounds like it is the mount, not the rings?

If your Ruger rings are near new, Ruger will swap with ya even up.
