Front & Rear sight posts?

I am having the hardest time removing the from and rear sight posts, any good methods out there?

Try some WD40 or some other type of penetrating oil (spray and let it sit for a bit) and a brass hammer and drift. I changed the sights out on a couple of compact 10-22's, one was very easy and I had to be a little more forceful with the second one.
