Archangel Nomad stock - check it out...

Check out my Archangel Nomad. It screams to be SBR'd. I need an optic for it too.

I really like the looked this stock and my daughter wants one for hers. How was the install and fit? Did the stock add much weight over the stock one? I would really like input on how it shoots once you get it out. Sorry for all the questions.
Thanks
Brian

Hey Brian,
Since you didn't get any answers, I figured I'd give you some as I just put my 10/22 into a Nomad a couple weeks ago. That is if you didn't forget about this as its a little old. Installation is basic, take off the stock and build the Nomad around it piece by piece. It fits tight, gives good balance & handling, and is very comfortable to shoot. Its not for putting a scope on and shooting long range, rather for close range plinking. I like mine a lot, I just added a Magpul AFG angled foregrip and a red dot. The 'iron sights' on it aren't great, but usable. I hope you see this and it answers your questions.

Sorry for the late response. I have been extremely busy at work and the home life is nuts.

The stock fit great. I like the ergos of the stock personally even though a folding stock is less useful than a collapsible adjustable stock. I have not done any iron sight accuracy testing but it has been a blast to shoot with a red dot inside of 50 yards.
