I guess if you were in possession of a known stolen gun it would be a good deal. I wonder what would happen if you walked in there with the mini and they say heres fifty bucks for it and you said forget it I'll just sell it to the gangsters down the street for a hundred.

As reported today in the news, with CA being 16 billion in debt they should be selling guns instead of buying. That way they can reduce their debt in a hurry.

Lets see "Up to $200 worth of credit from Visa or Ralphs for assault weapons; $100 for shotguns, rifles and handguns". So most gun crime involves hand guns but they pay more for semi-auto long guns not used nearly as often in street crime why? Could it be the gov doesn't want any credible resistance to the hero thugs in there hire?

I live in CA. Laws are passed do to image not fact. I remeber few years ago well ok lot years ago. I was big in to cars and the cops would pick on you if your car was anything but stock. they cryed when you mod your car legally. now that no one really cares any more about cars the same cops dont look at me twice. and now i run all the mods i want and they ask me qustions say thats cool. same cop that 10 years go would inpounded my car.

well guns are the same way. if people stop careing about guns. IE if gangster rap would go away and hollywood only used guns in a police or mililtary use. there be no one that cares. even though oakland is proof that outlawing guns only bad guys will have guns.
funny think is my fav. gun legal cost 700 bucks. oakland 300... you do that math.
and they wonder why they have a problem. if the gang bangers knew that everone had guns they think twice before a drive by. they do it once and when they didnt make it to the end of the block that be the end of that.

LOOK at TX they dont have that problem. wonder why?!!

Yep we have some gangers

But most seem intent on preying on their own kind.
Had a house here in the neighborhood rented out under section 8 housing assistance. When MS13 gangsters started hanging around the place Harris Co. gang task force (sheriff ) moved in and squashed them like the vermin they were. According to the Home Owners assoc. the rental was revoked and they got an injunction against the sec. 8 people for not running the required background check.

gangster are like cockroaches. every has them.
but like Jgodwin said in TX they take care of the problem. Here in CA they give them money, food, houseing, drugs and guns. and they say poor baby its the worlds fault.
you only hear about the major gang in CA and NY
and as odd as this sound gangs in others state at lest to me seem more respectful of non gang members. that not all.
