Rossi lever action M92

Can someone please give some much needed info. Been trying to buy a Rossi lever gun M92.

Everyone is always out of stock. Even Wallys has been on back order since Apr. 2011.

Tried calling Rossi to see if its still in production but got put on hold for 25 mins and then left message but they won"t return call. Have tried several gun dealers but all out of stock.

Found some on gunbroker.com but they know they"re few and far to be had. One dealer on gunbroker.com stated this model was no longer in production but Rossi has them listed on their 2012 web site.

Any opinions on the M92 .357 oct. stainless 24". Will much appreciate any input. Thanks.

I've always admired the 92 style action. Hope to get one in 357 someday. There's some used ones listed on Armslist, just type in Rossi 92 in the search. Good luck. ARMSLIST - Gun Classifieds

I picked up my second Rossi M92 a 24" Octagonal .357 Mag a few months ago.
It took me 2 yrs to find one in, I'm a Dealer and all my Distributors sell out as soon as they get any in.
I got one of four my distributor got in, snapped it up at 1:00am right after they updated their inventory.

I can get .44Mag and .44 colt but finding a .357 is almost impossible.

Both my Rossi's are .357 and I love them, they shoot great with both .38spl and .357.
If you want to you can smooth out the action and replace the safety and Mag follower to improve performance for CAS.

I've seen a couple of Used Rossi's pop up on The High Road forum from time to time.

Don't buy that DVD... Stevegunz accessories are good, but that DVD was horrible. It was so blurry and poorly explained that I shut it off and used youtube clips instead.
