Ear Protection For Instructors

I am going to upgrade my ear protection from the basics to something expensive that screens shots while allowing me to hear the talk of shooters.

Recommendations, please. Or should I hear the shots, such as after a cease fire?

I have been using peltor sporttacs for about 3 years, they are everything I need.
