I have lots of revolvers, but this is the revolver I carry most. It's a 4 inch barrel 44mag built by Bowen Classic Arms. It's one handy little carry gun and I have taken woodchucks, foxes, coyotes, black bears and one moose with it.

Who, I live pretty far back in the woods, (3 hours to the nearest city). I am much more likely to be molested by a moose than I am by a gang of thugs. Then again I wouldn't fret much if I found myself in a city with this revolver loaded with 44spl's.

if i were in a gang of thugs and somebody pulled a single action hand canon on me i would soil my sagging boxers in a heartbeat. that thing means business.. its got that " Get off my lawn!" look to it

I don't carry a SA as often as I once did because I now live in really "hot" country and my smallest SA is a 3 1/2" Ruger Vaquero Sheriff's model and needs a cover. It is definitely not a pocket pistol. Most of the time now I carry some sort of City gun that is easy to hide. Unfortunately City guns do not give me the same peace of mind. Great choice in guns MAC4570. What brand of ammo is that in the picture?

When I carry a revolver, it's usually my 442. I'll put it in a pocket holster at times I don't want to wear a holster on a belt.

When I carry, my weapon of choice is my Smith and Wesson PD325, the space age revolver in .45acp via moon clips. Hope I never have to use it.

Hi, I have a number of revolvers and semiautos. If a firearm is not convenient to carry, it won't be carried. I like my .45LCs and .45 ACPs, but find my .38 Special S&W lightweight (11oz) 337 easy and convenient to carry in a front jeans pocket. Equipped with a laser grip sight that allows firing from any position or hand brings value to carrying the somewhat low power P+ .38 special 5-shot. Getting hits on a critical area is more important than caliber.

If I know for sure that I will need a gun, I will always take a rifle, not a handgun.
