Ruger's Customer Service Exceptional!
I'm not going to say how I did it, but I bent the cross pin that holds the front sight on my Ruger Super Redhawk Alaskan. After not being able to locate one in stock at my usual Internet shops, I called Ruger to get one. I should have started with them. They are sending me two replacement pins at no cost.
I'm a big Ruger fan already, but this company continues to imress me every time I need their services. In a day when finding quality customer service is difficult, I have to say that Ruger stands heads & shoulders above other companies. Kudos to Ruger for setting high standards!
