RCBS good company

The following is a email I sent and received from RCBS. Think I will be buying more RCBS stuff from now on.

I have a RCBS 223 2 die set. I have lost the screw on part for the
decapping pin that holds it in. If I order your
9802 - EXP decapping unit .223
will this replace the decapping unit as a whole. There is no picture so
I don't know exactly what it is.

Dennis, we will go ahead and send this out to you at no charge. This
sounds like what you need. It will ship from our facility next Tuesday.
Have a safe and happy New Year!
Thank you,

RCBS is the best. I have called them and said I lost this or lost that and they send out replacements at no charge.
I have a Piggyback press and they have sent out, at no charge all the upgraded and improved parts.
I wish to be remembered that I was the last man of my tribe to surrender my rifle.

They have done the same for me on more than one occasion. Will not let me pay. There is alot of "green" on my reloading bench.

Same here. I left powder in their measure for a couple of weeks and it wrinkled the inside of the green plastic - clearly my bad. I sent them a note about it, and they sent me a new plastic housing, no charge.

RCBS has been the best since the early 50's.. they replace anything, even if your the cause of the problem.

i go with RCBS over any other press.. and i currently own a RCBS RC press, its one of the best press's out there.

Concure, they sent me a lot fo items for "free' while I was learning and breaking things. The quality is top notch and the extra cost is offset by the lifetime guarantee, and service.
