Anyone have a problem with the lee press not spitting spent primers out on the right side. It's Designed with the spent primer catcher on the left which works great when it works, which is 1 in maybe 30 cases, The other 28 times it throws them out the right side into the floor. Any easy fixes or suggestion?
You have to put the primer installer in the ram. The primer installer deflects the spent primers to the correct side, through the shoot, and in to the tube.
I load on a concrete floor, IIRC my primer catcher is in a drawer someplace, unless I'm using it for an ashtray.
I let them hit the floor, and my wife sweeps up now and than.
The only draw back to my methiod is when one manages to get inside the top of my shoe.
