Just as our actions should not be dependent on others but we need to do what is right, I have no problem with the burial at sea. The other bs on stuffing pig's ear and wrapping a pork skin is wrong, it lowers ourselves to their level rendering us no different than them, probably worse because we know that it would be wrong. Always go for the highroad if at possible. I know that for myself, that is a difficult path that I fail at too often.

What was done to his body is irrelevant, it is what comes after his resurrection that will pay the piper, big time.

For all humans share the same fate at death, their bodies return to the ground, and their spirits, good, bad, indifferent, saint, sinner, despot, all return to God who gave them to begin with...

"Then shall the dust return to the earth as it was: and the spirit shall return unto God who gave it." Ecc 12:7

All have choice, to one degree or another, when alive. But when dead, choice reverts to God, who will exercise that choice at judgment.

"And as it is appointed unto men once to die, but after this the judgment:" Hebrews 9:27.

And nobody gets away with anything forever...there is judgment, and it is all inclusive, and forever in its implications.

"For we must all appear before the judgment seat of Christ; that every one may receive the things done in his body, according to that he hath done, whether it be good or bad..." 2 Cor 5:10

So in that regard, Bin Laden was no better, or no worse, than anyone else. And it makes not one iota's worth of difference how he was killed, nor what happened to his body later. And he will stand judgment, just as everyone else. There, he'll get his...just as we'll get ours.

He is welcome to go look for him.

I would have instead urinated on it, burned it and then dragged it through the streets for a while. Thats what they would have done to me if given the chance. One good turn deserves another I always say.

I agree-but you left something out.....Muslems are really po'd if you use the bottoms of your shoes non them......so to me it would have been appropriate to have walked two or three battalions of gi's across his body-each gi wiping his feet on the body!Be sure that they walked thru pig crap prior to the boot wiping!
