This man child was most likely raised by a single mother, who has multiple "Baby Daddies" and this kid was never disciplined for this sort of "I want it, I'm just going to try and take it" thinking.

See, if his FATHER had been around, and this kid had played grab ass when it was not wanted, his FATHER would have kicked his ass.

And so then when this guy was standing in line, looking at the fine booty, he would have excerised restraint, and not been a douche bag.
