I'm not buying it. If I'm wrong though, tell me the make of the gun so in the event a woman hugs me from behind she don't wind up dead.

New Development

Looks like it was a S&W M&P .40, carried in an IWB "neoprene" holster. I didn't even know anyone was making a neoprene holster that wasn't for ankle carry...

Somebody lied to the decedent's mom... Probably trying to spare the mother, which is understandable. But to say that she couldn't have been on her knees because she would have been shot in the head? Umm, no. Sorry. Not with an IWB holster. Maybe with a vertical shoulder rig, but that's not what we have here.
